College Hangs American Flag After Requests from Students

Though the pillars in Gustavus Adolphus College's Evelyn Young Dining Center prominently displayed  twenty-five flags for many years, an American Flag had always been missing from the collection.

Some students didn't like that. So they took action.

Nine months later, a new academic year began.  Students filtered in.  Many didn't notice anything different.  But I did.  The flags in the cafeteria had been rearranged to accomodate an addition: Old Glory.
